This site is operated by Zips Bugs Begone LLC, a Minnesota company. Products are sold by Zips as an authorized reseller of Mosquito Magician. Installation services are performed by independent certified installers in our network.

You may browse, request quotes, and order products through this site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, replicate, or republish content without our written permission.

Product specs and prices may change without notice. We'll confirm the order total before any payment is captured.

Mosquito Magician hardware ships with the manufacturer's standard 1-year limited warranty. We honor and facilitate that warranty per the manufacturer's terms. Concentrate ships with a satisfaction guarantee — if it doesn't perform, call us and we'll make it right.

Installation services are provided by independent, certified installers. The installer is the contracting party for the install itself. Zips facilitates the match and stands behind the network we built — if you have an issue with an installer, contact us and we'll resolve it.

We make every effort to keep this site accurate and the products performant, but we provide it “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes will be resolved in Minnesota courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date at the top when we do.
